- • As Social Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will define the company’s voice across social platforms, turning product updates, customer outcomes, and internal thinking into clear, credible narratives about AI, law, and professional work. This role is critical to shaping Harvey’s external presence as it scales globally, ensuring that what the company communicates reflects its mission and values with precision and nuance.
- • Day to day, you will own Harvey’s social strategy and execution on LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels; translate complex legal and AI concepts into high-signal content for technical and non-technical audiences; monitor social sentiment and industry conversations to surface opportunities and flag issues in real time; lead sensitive communications with judgment; build an audience of practitioners, decision-makers, and credible voices; and collaborate with design, content, and leadership to produce concise, effective posts.

- • 5+ years in social, ideally in high-stakes or high-growth tech or AI environments
- • Experience building a relevant, engaged audience
- • Strong writing and editorial judgment
- • Sharp judgment under pressure with ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- • Genuine feel for internet culture, online communities, and what makes content travel
- • Experience handling launches, announcements, and sensitive moments
- • Clear understanding of how people consume information online
- • Comfort using analytics to inform decisions
