- • The Social Media & Community Analyst role at Truelogic is pivotal in shaping and amplifying the company’s digital footprint and executive brand within the competitive US B2B tech landscape. This position directly contributes to brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation by strategically managing social media presence for both Truelogic and its CEO.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts across platforms like LinkedIn and X, developing and executing data-informed content strategies, creating platform-specific copy that translates technical concepts into engaging B2B narratives, scheduling content, monitoring community interactions, responding to comments and messages, managing online reputation, tracking performance metrics, generating reports in tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, and supporting HubSpot-based marketing automation tasks such as email campaigns, workflows, and list management in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.
- • Truelogic is a New York-headquartered nearshore staff augmentation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The company employs 600+ skilled tech professionals across Latin America who partner with U.S. organizations to drive digital transformation. - • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in B2B social media strategy, executive branding, community engagement, and marketing analytics. You’ll gain hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4, and Looker Studio, refine your ability to measure and optimize digital performance, and grow your career by working closely with senior marketing professionals on high-impact projects for top-tier U.S. clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Social Media / Community Management (ideally in B2B tech or the US market)
- • Experience managing and growing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Experience creating and executing content strategies
- • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting social media metrics
- • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn
