- • The Social Media & Community Analyst role at Truelogic is responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of the company and its CEO within the US B2B tech market, driving brand awareness and audience growth through strategic social media execution and community engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts, developing and executing content strategies, planning and scheduling content across platforms, adapting tone of voice per channel, monitoring and engaging with the community, writing compelling copy that translates technical concepts for B2B audiences, tracking social media metrics, generating performance reports, and supporting HubSpot-based marketing automation initiatives such as email campaigns, workflows, and dashboards.
- • Truelogic is a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600 skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies—from startups to Fortune 500 firms—to deliver impactful technology solutions and drive digital transformation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B social media strategy, executive personal branding, community management in tech ecosystems, cross-platform content creation, social media analytics, and HubSpot marketing automation, while working remotely with top U.S. companies and growing your career in a supportive, high-performing global team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Social Media / Community Management (ideally in B2B tech or the US market)
- • Experience managing and growing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Experience creating and executing content strategies
- • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting social media metrics
- • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn
