- • The Social Media & Community Analyst role at Truelogic is responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of the company and its CEO within the US B2B tech market, driving brand awareness and audience growth through strategic social media execution and community engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts, developing and executing content strategies, planning and scheduling content across platforms, adapting tone of voice per channel, identifying opportunities on emerging platforms, monitoring and engaging with the community, fostering B2B tech conversations, managing feedback and online reputation, writing compelling copy that translates technical concepts for B2B audiences, supporting visual and multimedia content creation, monitoring social media metrics, generating performance reports, proposing improvements, supporting data analysis for optimization, assisting with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS execution, managing lists, workflows, and email campaigns, supporting Growth Marketing initiatives, and helping build reports and dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B social media strategy, executive branding, community management, and digital analytics while gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4, and Looker Studio. You will strengthen your ability to translate technical content for business audiences, measure and optimize social performance, and contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives that support Truelogic’s growth and its clients’ digital transformation goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Social Media / Community Management (ideally in B2B tech or the US market)
- • Experience managing and growing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Experience creating and executing content strategies
- • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting social media metrics
- • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn
