- • Build and maintain StickerYou’s organic social publishing calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, translating campaign, product, and business priorities into platform-specific content plans and executional timelines.
- • Create, edit, and publish short-form video and still-content from concept to launch, leveraging in-house videographer support for production needs.
- • Evolve social messaging, content pillars, and campaign direction by identifying gaps and recommending new opportunities based on audience insights, performance data, and emerging trends.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and production teams to align social content with broader business objectives and product launches.
- • Support creator, influencer, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and managing partnerships with brand-aligned social collaborators.
- • Monitor social channels daily—including Reddit and other community platforms—to respond to comments, messages, mentions, and follower interactions in a timely, on-brand, and thoughtful manner.
- • Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging social conversations to flag opportunities, risks, and community insights to the marketing team.
- • Build and maintain social reporting dashboards to track channel performance, audience growth, engagement rates, traffic, and key KPIs across platforms.
- • Prepare regular performance updates with clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- • Support A/B testing across content formats, hooks, captions, posting times, platforms, and campaign messaging to optimize engagement and reach.
- • Demonstrate on-camera confidence and personality by appearing in social content as needed.
- • Use data and platform trends to inform creative decisions and business priorities, ensuring content strategy is both imaginative and results-driven.
- • Maintain organizational rigor in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deadlines and evolving priorities while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- • Ensure daily community engagement reflects StickerYou’s brand tone, responsiveness, and values across all public-facing social platforms.
- • Establish and sustain reporting systems used by leadership to guide content strategy, budget allocation, and campaign performance evaluation.
- • Drive measurable improvements in follower growth, engagement, content consistency, and audience reach through strategic, data-informed social efforts.
- • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate social initiatives into larger marketing and product campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels and goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years in social media, content, community, or digital marketing
- • Proven experience managing social calendars and multi-platform workflows across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- • Deep knowledge of platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit
- • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) for scheduling, engagement, and reporting
- • Skilled in social analytics and performance tracking; able to translate insights into actionable improvements
