- • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to track KPIs, measure ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- • Stay current with evolving social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to innovate and optimize content delivery and audience reach.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- • Prepare and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders, translating metrics into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- • Manage day-to-day social media operations including scheduling, posting, community moderation, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- • Leverage storytelling techniques to build authentic connections with the target audience and foster a loyal online community around the company’s mission.
- • Maintain a high standard of attention to detail in all content production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-execution environment with multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet campaign timelines without compromising quality.
- • Contribute creatively to the development of new content formats, campaigns, and engagement initiatives that resonate with the company’s global user base of over 8 million.
- • Act as a brand ambassador across social channels, representing the company’s mission to digitize industries and contribute positively to society through technology.
- • Work independently with high autonomy while maintaining clear communication and alignment with team goals in a flat organizational structure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role with a proven portfolio of successful campaigns
- • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends with hands-on experience managing corporate accounts
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling, creative content
- • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
