📋 Description

• Create visually compelling social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote MOO’s print and digital products.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand voice and drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and short-form video content tailored for each social platform’s specifications and audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure social media content supports broader business goals and product launches.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to optimize content strategy and performance.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools to maintain consistent brand presence.
• Analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and follower growth to refine creative approach and demonstrate ROI.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to MOO’s brand guidelines, including typography, color palette, tone, and imagery standards.
• Work closely with copywriters to integrate compelling copy with visual elements for cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Source and manage stock imagery, photography, and illustrations while ensuring proper licensing and copyright compliance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to contribute innovative ideas for new product promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Adapt existing creative assets for different regions and audiences, particularly supporting MOO’s presence in the US and UK markets.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all final files are properly labeled, archived, and accessible to cross-functional teams.
• Respond to comments and messages on social channels in a timely and brand-appropriate manner, supporting community engagement.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media tools, formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok), and creative technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Support ad hoc creative requests from other departments, including email marketing, website banners, and internal communications.
• Present creative work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to meet business objectives.
• Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations and platform policies in the UK, US, and other markets where MOO operates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating social media content for B2B or e-commerce brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing original social media visuals, animations, and video content
