📋 Description

• A Social Media / CRM & Automation Specialist role focused on driving digital marketing execution and building scalable marketing systems from the ground up, combining creative content strategy with technical CRM implementation to support lead generation and brand growth across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing social media platforms, developing content calendars, creating graphics and short-form videos, executing paid ad campaigns, implementing and optimizing CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot), building lead nurturing sequences, conducting prospect research, maintaining lead databases, and supporting outreach campaigns.
• Pear Tree is a SaaS-focused company seeking a hybrid professional who can bridge creative marketing and technical automation to support both internal operations and client-facing applications through integrated digital strategies.
• The role offers the opportunity to build end-to-end marketing systems, gain hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms, lead data-driven campaign optimization, and develop expertise in marketing automation, lead generation, and cross-channel digital strategy in a growing tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot or similar to build from ground up
• Experience working in technology, SaaS, or app development industries
• Video editing skills or experience using AI tools for content creation
• Familiarity with lead generation and outbound prospecting workflows

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary range of PHP 90,000 to PHP 100,000 per month
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST working schedule
