  • • Manage day-to-day operations of Instagram and Facebook accounts for a medspa and aesthetics practice based in Minneapolis.
  • • Create, schedule, and publish consistent, engaging content across Instagram and Facebook platforms.
  • • Design simple visual assets and graphics using Canva or similar tools to support brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • • Run, monitor, and optimize basic Meta paid advertising campaigns with a focus on local audience targeting.
  • • Promote seasonal specials, limited-time offers, and client testimonials through targeted social media posts and ads.
  • • Increase local visibility and community growth by fostering audience engagement and responding to comments and messages.
  • • Recommend reasonable ad budgets based on performance metrics and track basic return on investment (ROI) for paid campaigns.
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision alongside a non-technical client who is a medspa aesthetics nurse.
  • • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets and ensure all content aligns with the client’s aesthetic and service offerings.
  • • Adapt content strategy based on platform analytics and audience feedback to improve reach and engagement.
  • • Collaborate remotely during US Central Standard Time (CST) or Central Daylight Time (CDT) hours.
  • • Prioritize execution over strategic planning; focus on hands-on implementation rather than high-level marketing strategy.
  • • Ensure all social media content reflects professional standards appropriate for a medical aesthetics practice.
  • • Maintain organized content calendars and campaign logs for reporting and continuity.
  • • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends in beauty and medspa social media marketing.
  • • Deliver high-quality output consistently within a part-time schedule of 5–10 hours per week.
