- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Video Specialist to drive engagement, growth, and conversion through data-informed video content for global clients.
- • Day to day, you will create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns, tailor messaging and pacing to platform-specific best practices, support marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, analyze video performance using native and Google Analytics, and recommend improvements based on data.
- • You will collaborate with Marketing teams to align video assets with funnel objectives, maintain brand and visual quality standards, and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
- • The role is fully remote, requiring alignment with US Time Zones (EST–PST), and offers the opportunity to build a long-term career while working with fast-growing global companies in a performance-driven, creative environment.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, A/B testing video formats, and leveraging analytics to optimize creative output—blending artistic execution with measurable business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing
- • Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques
- • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
