- • As a Social Media Manager at Agent Inc., you will play a pivotal role in elevating the digital presence of two distinct industrial brands—specializing in industrial cooling systems and pump & controls—by crafting compelling B2B content that drives engagement, supports sales initiatives, and strengthens brand authority in a competitive manufacturing landscape.
- • You will own the end-to-end social media strategy for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring consistent, professional messaging that reflects the technical excellence and reliability of the company’s offerings while building meaningful connections with industry stakeholders.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and publishing high-quality content such as LinkedIn posts, short-form videos, graphics, and blog-style updates tailored to an industrial B2B audience, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or WordPress to bring campaigns to life.
- • You will develop and maintain a detailed social media calendar aligned with product launches, industry events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery across all channels.
- • Active community engagement will be a core part of your role, including monitoring comments, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions that position the brand as a trusted thought leader in industrial manufacturing and distribution.
- • You will design professional marketing collateral such as brochures, one-page flyers, and sales presentations that equip the sales team with visually compelling tools to close deals and communicate complex value propositions clearly.
- • Managing and updating the company website via WordPress will be a regular task, ensuring the digital front door remains current, functional, and aligned with brand standards and SEO best practices.
- • You will maintain brand consistency across two distinct business entities—industrial cooling systems and Pump & Controls—by aligning tone, visuals, and messaging to reflect each brand’s unique identity while supporting overarching corporate goals.
- • This role offers significant creative autonomy, allowing you to experiment with emerging formats, AI-assisted tools, and innovative storytelling techniques to optimize performance and stay ahead of platform algorithm changes.
- • Through this position, you will deepen your expertise in B2B social media strategy, technical content creation, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in aligning marketing efforts with sales and engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- • You will have the opportunity to measure and demonstrate the impact of your work through analytics, refining your approach based on engagement metrics, lead generation, and brand visibility—building a portfolio that showcases real-world results in industrial marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial context with exposure to the U.S. market
- • Exceptional English proficiency for creating professional, audience-relevant content
- • Proficiency with WordPress and creative design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- • Experience producing video edits, graphic design, and social media content calendars, with a portfolio to demonstrate capabilities
