📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager at Neon One, you will develop and execute organic social media strategies that grow brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive measurable business impact for a mission-driven nonprofit software company.
• You will own content creation and curation across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms, producing high-performing graphic and video assets while maintaining a consistent brand voice and customer-centric messaging that speaks directly to nonprofit professionals’ needs.
• You will join a collaborative, fully remote team at Neon One, a leader in nonprofit software since 2004, where empathy, innovation, and a shared mission to empower organizations making a difference drive the culture.
• You will grow your expertise in nonprofit sector marketing, data-driven social media optimization, AI-powered content creation, and cross-functional collaboration while achieving measurable goals like 40-50% follower growth and 60% increase in social-driven website traffic within your first year.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience owning B2B social media strategy, execution, and reporting
• Proven track record of driving organic growth (audience, engagement, lead generation) on LinkedIn and Meta
• Proficiency in graphic design and basic video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut)
• Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Canva AI, video editing AI, or similar) to increase content production efficiency and quality
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality
