- • Own the end-to-end social media strategy across all organic channels including Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging AirDNA’s proprietary short-term rental data to drive compounding organic growth.
- • Lead YouTube as a core acquisition channel by developing, producing, and optimizing video content that converts viewers into sign-ups, using market trends, demand spikes, and proprietary insights from 15M+ global listings.
- • Manage proprietary podcast distribution strategy, including content curation, publishing schedules, and audience growth tactics tied directly to traffic and pipeline metrics.
- • Identify, recruit, and manage creator amplification campaigns with measurable ROI, partnering with influencers and industry voices to extend AirDNA’s reach and credibility in the short-term rental space.
- • Develop and execute executive thought leadership content for AirDNA leadership, positioning executives as authoritative voices in travel tech, real estate investment, and data-driven hospitality.
- • Collaborate with a dedicated research team of PhD economists and a scalable PR and Content team to translate complex datasets into compelling, accessible social narratives.
- • Design and optimize content calendars aligned with global market events, seasonal demand shifts, and industry news cycles to maximize relevance and engagement.
- • Set creative direction, approve production budgets, and select tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics — operating with full autonomy over the social media function.
- • Track, measure, and report on KPIs tied to traffic, sign-ups, and sales pipeline, ensuring every piece of content contributes to measurable business outcomes.
- • Maintain and evolve AirDNA’s social voice and visual identity across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and the company’s values of being Happy, Hungry, and Honest.
- • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and Community teams within the Acquisition pillar to align social efforts with broader growth initiatives.
- • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to continuously refine strategy, identify new content opportunities, and stay ahead of platform algorithm changes.
- • Use AirDNA’s proprietary dataset — the most comprehensive short-term rental data in the world — as the foundation for all social content, ensuring authenticity, accuracy, and competitive differentiation.
- • Report directly to the Sr. Comms Manager and operate as a key driver within the Acquisition team, contributing to company-wide goals around user acquisition and brand authority.
- • Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats to ensure AirDNA remains at the forefront of organic social innovation in the B2B tech space.
