- • Join PatientPoint as a Social Media Manager to drive strategic digital communications that elevate corporate reputation, amplify executive visibility, and advance the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative health technology solutions.
- • Lead enterprise-wide social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms to position PatientPoint as a trusted innovator in digital health, ensuring all content aligns with corporate goals and brand integrity.
- • Advise and counsel senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and executives on leveraging social media to strengthen corporate reputation, expand thought leadership, and support business initiatives including product launches and employer branding.
- • Create high-impact, compelling content that tells the PatientPoint story, showcases innovation, and engages key audiences including healthcare professionals, industry partners, patients, and prospective talent.
- • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistent, compliant, and strategic social media activity across the organization.
- • Lead high-profile campaigns supporting product launches, industry events, and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
- • Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize strategy, demonstrate ROI, and inform leadership decisions.
- • Build and nurture an engaged social media community by fostering authentic dialogue, managing online reputation, and proactively addressing risks to maintain brand trust.
- • Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to ensure a unified, enterprise-wide approach to external communications.
- • Oversee external agencies and vendors, managing deliverables to ensure best-in-class execution and alignment with enterprise needs.
- • Monitor industry and platform trends to identify innovation opportunities and advise leadership on emerging digital strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or corporate communications, preferably in healthcare, B2B, or highly regulated industries.
- • Proven ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-level social media strategies aligned with corporate goals and business objectives.
- • Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business leaders with strong judgment and communication skills.
- • Strong writing and content creation expertise, with the ability to craft compelling brand and leadership narratives across multiple platforms.
- • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact, generate insights, and refine strategy based on data.
- • Experience developing governance frameworks and managing high-stakes corporate and executive social media profiles.
- • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
