📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will elevate the company’s presence across social platforms by building relevance, engagement, and connection through content that resonates with users and supports long-term growth and audience acquisition.
• You will own IBKR’s day-to-day social presence with a user-first, platform-native mindset, creating and publishing engaging content—especially short-form video—while staying deeply attuned to internet culture, trends, and platform dynamics to act quickly and authentically.
• You will collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams including Creative, Media, and Analytics to align content with performance goals, using data and community feedback to continuously improve formats and strategy.
• You will develop and execute a social-first content strategy focused on engagement, retention, and relevance, working closely with cross-functional partners to make IBKR feel modern, human, and worth following in a fast-moving digital landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on social media experience for brands or creators
• Proven track record of building engagement and growing social audiences
• Strong creative instincts and understanding of what resonates on social today
• Comfort creating content yourself, especially short-form video, not just briefing others
• Deep fluency across major social platforms and how they evolve
• Familiarity with social analytics and performance measurement
• Self-motivated with ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
