- • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-volume social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a sharp focus on internet culture and platform-specific trends.
- • Serve as the primary social creator responsible for end-to-end content production including pre-production planning, on-set capture using mobile or professional camera equipment, and post-production editing.
- • Edit content using industry-standard tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, applying platform-native best practices for pacing, hooks, captions, trending audio, aspect ratios, and audience retention.
- • Manage and maintain the social content calendar, balancing reactive trend-based content with planned campaigns while ensuring brand voice and storytelling consistency across all channels.
- • Monitor real-time cultural shifts, social behaviors, and competitor/influencer content to identify emerging trends and inform immediate content decisions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, external agencies, and creators to align social content with broader campaign objectives and company initiatives.
- • Optimize all content for platform-specific formats, ensuring proper framing, resolution, and formatting to maximize engagement and reach across each channel.
- • Track and analyze key social KPIs including engagement, reach, views, sentiment, and creator performance, then compile performance reports to guide ongoing creative optimization.
- • Translate performance insights into actionable creative recommendations, adjusting strategy in real-time based on data-driven feedback loops.
- • Act as the cultural guide for the social team, instinctively identifying what content earns attention, feels native to each platform, and sparks sharing and discussion among audiences.
- • Maintain a high-ownership, hands-on approach to content creation, demonstrating proactivity, speed, and adaptability in a fast-paced, motion-driven environment.
- • Work remotely across the United States with flexibility to respond to breaking trends and time-sensitive opportunities in social media.
- • Partner with external talent and influencers to co-create authentic, scalable content that resonates with OnePay’s target audience of millions of American consumers.
- • Ensure all content production adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
- • Iterate quickly on content based on audience response, A/B testing outcomes, and emerging platform algorithm changes.
- • Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for reuse across campaigns and platforms to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
- • Contribute to the development of the social-first brand strategy by providing creative input informed by on-the-ground performance data and cultural insights.
