- • As a Social Strategist at VaynerMedia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping culturally resonant, data-informed strategies that drive real business impact for global brands by leveraging social and digital trends to create work that captures attention and fuels growth.
- • You will support senior strategists in owning the strategic direction of key accounts, acting as the operational engine that transforms insights into actionable briefs, creative concepts, and measurable campaigns while developing your expertise toward senior leadership roles.
- • Day to day, you will mine cultural and consumer insights, collaborate with PCS (junior strategists) to turn trends into actionable briefs, and partner with creative and media teams to develop platform-specific strategies that are tested, learned from, and optimized in real-world environments.
- • You will produce a range of strategic documents including audience analyses, channel recommendations, content frameworks, and performance reports, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and client objectives while maintaining rigorous standards for clarity and impact.
- • You will regularly present strategic recommendations and campaign results to internal teams and external clients, translating complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives that build trust and drive decision-making.
- • You will monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement cycles that demonstrate strategic value and ROI.
- • You will work within VaynerMedia’s EMEA team of 250+ professionals across Berlin, London, and Amsterdam, contributing to a culture rooted in empathy, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking where diverse perspectives are leveraged to solve complex brand challenges.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end strategic planning for major global brands, accelerating your career trajectory toward Senior Strategist and Strategy Director roles through mentorship, real-world accountability, and exposure to award-winning work recognized at Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, and The Webbies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience in a strategic marketing role at a creative agency, media agency, or client-side marketing team
- • Ability to independently develop strategies, creative briefs, and performance reports with minimal supervision
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
