- • As Twilio’s next Reliability Architect, you will drive the technical strategy, vision, and outcomes for Twilio’s Reliability Engineering organization, ensuring products are reliable worldwide and guiding engineering teams on best practices for designing, building, and operating resilient systems.
- • Day to day, you’ll partner with senior technical leaders to set reliability strategy, influence company-wide architectural decisions, lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform, ensure integrity across the service lifecycle through fault-tolerant architectures and incident response, collaborate with product teams to convert reliability risks into actionable designs, establish reliability practices, mentor engineers, and track emerging SRE and cloud best practices to introduce pragmatic innovations at scale.
