• • You will receive structured, paid training in modern software engineering, cloud architecture, and applied artificial intelligence. Each quarter you will deep-dive into a new technical domain—backend micro-services in C++/Java, reactive front-ends in TypeScript/React, serverless pipelines in AWS, or ML models in Python/Scala—guided by senior architects who have scaled systems to 99.99 % uptime.
• • Mentorship is built into the program: you will be paired with a senior engineer and a product owner who will set quarterly OKRs, conduct fortnightly code reviews, and sponsor your attendance at international conferences such as NeurIPS, KubeCon, and CppCon.
• • You will collaborate with cross-functional squads in London, New York, Dublin, and Manila on green-field initiatives that embed AI into real-time trading workflows. Recent graduates have built NLP engines that extract risk sentiment from news feeds and reinforcement-learning agents that optimize collateral allocation.
• • Expect exposure to the full data lifecycle: ingesting tick-level market data at 10 million events per second, engineering features with Spark and Kafka, training models with TensorFlow and PyTorch, and deploying them behind low-latency REST and gRPC services written in C++ and Java.
