- • The Software Configuration Analyst at Motorola Solutions plays a critical role in ensuring software solutions are tailored to meet specific user needs through precise configuration, testing, and support. This role directly contributes to the company’s mission of building safer communities by enabling reliable, customized technology deployments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software based on user stories and acceptance criteria, monitoring and troubleshooting daily system operations, reproducing and resolving software bugs, validating configuration changes through testing, creating internal knowledge base and customer support materials, training end-users on new system operations, and maintaining accurate time tracking to meet an 80% billable target.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- • 0-3 years of experience in a software configuration role (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- • Proven experience with the Atlassian Suite (including Jira, Confluence, or similar tools)
