• • The Software Consultant - Modernization is a pivotal role in ConnectWise’s post-sale organization, driving high-impact engagements to transform partners’ legacy systems to the modern ConnectWise cloud platform.
• • Day to day, the consultant leads technical migrations, conducts readiness assessments, facilitates migration sessions, troubleshoots issues, delivers training, documents solutions, and manages multiple concurrent projects while ensuring partner satisfaction and alignment with stakeholders.
