  • • As a Software Customer Success Associate at Wordly Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enabling global customers to achieve seamless multilingual communication by transforming their content into accurate, customized glossaries that power real-time translation services for events, meetings, and conferences across 50+ languages.
  • • Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success by ensuring glossaries are meticulously prepared, validated, and optimized — helping clients deliver flawless, inclusive experiences whether they are local organizations, government entities, or Fortune 500 corporations relying on Wordly’s AI-driven interpretation platform.
  • • Day to day, you will solicit and receive program materials from customers across APAC regions, prepare and cleanse incoming content for processing, and utilize Wordly’s proprietary glossary development tools to build and refine terminology databases tailored to each client’s industry, event type, and linguistic nuances.
  • • You will rigorously review and validate processed glossaries through both human linguistic review and machine-assisted quality checks, identifying and correcting inconsistencies, ambiguities, or errors to ensure high accuracy and contextual relevance before delivery.
  • • You will provide proactive technical and consultative support to customers, guiding them on best practices for glossary submission, terminology management, and platform usage to maximize the effectiveness of Wordly’s real-time translation solutions.
  • • You will assist the broader Customer Success team by maintaining accurate workflow logs, tracking key metrics, and supporting data reporting initiatives that inform stakeholder decisions and continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • • In your frontline support role (30% of time), you will triage inbound customer inquiries via email and chat, leverage internal knowledge bases and public documentation to deliver timely, accurate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary — including participation in a rotating 24/7 emergency support line shared across the team, even by the CEO.
  • • You will collaborate with the Sales team by fulfilling data requests, providing usage insights, and supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities with accurate, well-organized customer information.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • • Proven experience working with data from diverse sources, including document processing, data cleaning, and structured/unstructured information management
  • • Strong understanding of databases and proficiency in handling large datasets with attention to accuracy and consistency
  • • Expert-level research skills with the ability to quickly gather, synthesize, and validate information from multiple sources
  • • Exceptional attention to detail and eagle-eyed precision in reviewing linguistic content, terminology, and data outputs
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language proficiency is a strong asset given Wordly’s interpretation focus
  • • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative, seeking improvement, and driving work to completion without constant supervision
