• As a Software Development Engineer III on the Platform Experience team, you will play an indispensable role in driving organizational growth by meticulously optimizing Time-to-Productivity (TTP) metrics across our entire platform.
• Your primary objective will be to architect, develop, and deploy seamless, high-impact user experiences that significantly accelerate customer success and demonstrably increase trial-to-paid conversion rates.
• You will be a key contributor to and owner of two mission-critical growth products: Onboarding and Launchpad.
• The Onboarding product is a sophisticated no-code/low-code guided experience meticulously crafted to enable new customers to rapidly set up and begin deriving substantial value from the HighLevel platform.
• The Launchpad is a strategically designed, conversion-focused enablement engine that empowers customers to efficiently activate and leverage key platform features, thereby maximizing their return on investment.
• Both of these core products are subject to continuous optimization through rigorous data-driven experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• This iterative process allows us to precisely identify, validate, and implement the most effective solutions for enhancing customer conversion and long-term retention.
• In addition to these growth products, you will also contribute to the development and maintenance of Global Search, a high-performance, scalable system.
• Global Search is engineered to enable users to search for any information across the entire platform in mere fractions of a second, guaranteeing unparalleled speed, unwavering reliability, and exceptional discoverability at an enterprise scale.
• The systems you will work on are directly linked to critical business outcomes: growth, user engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.

• You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements and user needs into robust, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our platform.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of HighLevel's technology stack.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our products and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
• Drive initiatives to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• You will be instrumental in shaping the user journey from initial sign-up to becoming a loyal, long-term customer, directly impacting HighLevel's bottom line and market leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
• Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
