- • Partner with the Quality Engineering team to define and deliver quality across the organization by enhancing release processes and ensuring release integrity.
- • Design and implement automation-first initiatives that improve CI/CD pipelines, focusing on validation processes that increase confidence in deployments.
- • Instrument and develop quality health metrics and dashboards to provide teams with clear visibility into product stability, release readiness, and test effectiveness.
- • Build and maintain internal tools and frameworks that enhance developer experience, testability, observability, and overall release integrity.
- • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, product, and SRE teams to identify system-level opportunities for quality improvements and advocate for automation-driven practices.
- • Apply shift-left quality practices to improve code quality, deployment confidence, and developer velocity across the organization.
- • Conduct performance, resilience, and security testing, integrating these checks directly into CI/CD pipelines and observability systems.
- • Validate API quality through contract testing and dependency analysis in distributed systems.
- • Use data and experimentation to continuously refine quality strategies and prioritize the most impactful areas for improvement.
- • Develop first-class quality measures aligned with the organization’s overall quality strategy, with emphasis on monitoring and observability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation at multiple layers (integration, end-to-end) for complex applications using modern languages such as C++/C#, GD Script, or Python.
- • Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems, with experience improving release reliability through data-driven quality initiatives.
- • Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing, including integration of those checks into CI/CD pipelines and observability systems.
- • Proven experience using shift-left quality practices that improve code quality, deployment confidence, and developer velocity.
- • Experience building internal tools or developer utilities that enhance testability, observability, and overall release integrity.
- • Solid understanding of API quality, including contract validation and dependency testing in distributed systems.
