- • Implement strategies to improve release integrity through automation in CI/CD pipelines and validation processes that increase confidence in deployments.
- • Validate spatial algorithms, data accuracy, and system performance within the company’s geospatial mapping platform, including route optimization, geofencing, spatial clustering, and topology rules.
- • Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards to provide teams with clear visibility into product stability, release readiness, and test effectiveness.
- • Drive internal tooling initiatives that enhance developer experience, testability, observability, and overall release integrity.
- • Partner with Quality Engineering, SRE, Customer Relations, and Product teams to identify system-level quality improvements and advocate for automation-first approaches.
- • Use data and experimentation to continuously refine quality practices and focus efforts on the most impactful areas.
- • Develop first-class quality measures aligned with the organization’s overall quality strategy, with emphasis on monitoring and observability.
- • Apply shift-left quality practices to improve code quality, deployment confidence, and developer velocity across engineering teams.
- • Conduct performance, resilience, and security testing, integrating these checks into CI/CD pipelines and observability systems.
- • Ensure API quality through contract validation and dependency testing in distributed systems.
- • Build and maintain test automation at multiple layers (integration, end-to-end) for complex applications using modern languages such as C++, C#, GDScript, or Python.
- • Create and maintain internal tools or developer utilities that enhance testability and release integrity.
- • Collaborate with engineers and designers to establish patterns and practices that enable teams to ship high-quality software with confidence.
- • Communicate effectively across teams to promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and ownership.
- • Work in a high-trust, fast-moving environment focused on mission-critical defense applications, where every team member has a voice and contributes to strategic outcomes.
- • Operate as a self-starter in a fully remote setting, embracing autonomy, ambiguity, and iterative problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation at multiple layers (integration, end-to-end) for complex applications using C++, C#, GDScript, or Python
- • Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems with experience improving release reliability through data-driven quality initiatives
- • Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines and observability systems
- • Proven experience using shift-left quality practices to improve code quality, deployment confidence, and developer velocity
- • Algorithmic validation experience with spatial data including route optimization, geofencing, spatial clustering, and topology rules
- • Strong understanding of API quality, including contract validation and dependency testing in distributed systems
