📋 Description

• Join Fastino AI Inc. as a Software Engineer to build the next generation of LLMs, contributing to open-source models used by industry leaders like NVIDIA, Meta, and Airbnb, and help scale AI infrastructure backed by $25M in funding from top-tier investors.
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, own the full lifecycle from conception to production with minimal oversight, build and maintain scalable infrastructure, collaborate with AI researchers to integrate new model capabilities, and translate user feedback into rapid product improvements.
• Work with a high-caliber team of alumni from Google Research, Apple, Stanford, and Cambridge in a remote-first UK-based role with occasional trips to the Silicon Valley office, fostering innovation in specialized, efficient AI systems.
• Develop deep expertise in full-stack engineering, AI infrastructure, and high-performance systems while owning impactful features that directly influence product direction and scalability in a fast-moving, ambiguity-tolerant environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of owning features from design to deployment
• Strong Python skills; comfort in TypeScript is a plus but not required
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance speed and scalability without needing a playbook
