📋 Description

• Software Engineer at Mia Labs Inc. focused on building AI-powered voice technology solutions to modernize dealership operations and transform the automotive consumer experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python; architect efficient solutions for integrating technologies including LLMs and NLP; implement and optimize speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems; lead system design discussions; apply software development best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code quality; mentor team members; stay current with AI/ML advancements.
• Mia Labs is an investor-backed startup trusted by large dealership groups, scaling rapidly to modernize automotive retail through AI agent Mia that turns calls into opportunities with human-feeling automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend Python development
• Experience in system design and scalable architecture
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker
• Proficiency in working with data and databases
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
