📋 Description

• This person will help scale the software and infrastructure underpinning the telemetry, analytics, dispatch optimization, and deployment support systems required to operate more deployed sites and more complex operating modes.
• They will turn site data into actionable operational intelligence for monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, dispatch decisions, and deployment/operations troubleshooting.
• The role involves scaling telemetry data infrastructure so Project Engineering can reliably ingest, organize, query, and trust site data across a growing fleet of deployed assets.
• The person will build analytics and operational intelligence workflows for site health monitoring, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
• They will support dispatch optimization and deployment/operations troubleshooting by analyzing telemetry, logs, communications behavior, state machine behavior, and site performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with SQL, data modeling, and building data pipelines using orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Experience working in a production data environment, including cloud infrastructure, Linux-based systems, logs, APIs, observability, and reliability tradeoffs.
• Experience building internal data tools, dashboards, or operational workflows actively used by stakeholders.
