📋 Description

• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices to support internal and external platform capabilities
• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Python
• Build and enhance identity platform capabilities including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and SCIM-based provisioning
• Develop scalable event-driven services and integrations using Kafka
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications running in Kubernetes environments
• Partner with Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing platform services
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering planning
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and engineering automation initiatives
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery velocity
• Work on identity and authentication systems that directly impact platform security and enterprise customer adoption
• Contribute to the development of AI services including Omni as part of the platform’s automation capabilities
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical problems and build scalable, secure systems
• Focus on backend development with strong emphasis on platform services, access control, and integrations
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting
• Build software that creates meaningful customer impact through no-code productivity solutions
• Engage in continuous improvement and collaborative learning to advance platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend software engineering experience developing backend or platform services
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and SCIM
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
