- • Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices to support internal and external platform capabilities
- • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Python
- • Build and enhance identity platform capabilities including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and SCIM-based provisioning
- • Develop scalable event-driven services and integrations using Kafka
- • Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications running in Kubernetes environments
- • Partner with Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing platform services
- • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering planning
- • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions
- • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and engineering automation initiatives
- • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery velocity
- • Work on identity and authentication systems that directly impact platform security and enterprise customer adoption
- • Contribute to the development of AI services including Omni as part of the platform’s automation capabilities
- • Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical problems and build scalable, secure systems
- • Focus on backend development with strong emphasis on platform services, access control, and integrations
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment where feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting
- • Build software that creates meaningful customer impact through no-code productivity solutions
- • Engage in continuous improvement and collaborative learning to advance platform capabilities
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional backend software engineering experience developing backend or platform services
- • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- • Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and SCIM
- • Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging technologies
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
