📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer at CreatorIQ, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the technology that powers the operating system for creator-led growth, enabling global brands and agencies to harness the creator economy as a strategic growth engine.
• Your work will directly contribute to scalable, high-performance software applications that support innovation in influencer marketing, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with business goals while operating within a flexible hybrid model that fosters collaboration and individual work styles.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• You will actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to uphold code quality, while developing and executing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
• You will debug and resolve software issues promptly, contribute to architecture discussions focused on scalability, maintainability, and security, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Collaboration is central to the role: you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement solutions, integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services, and stay aligned with Agile/Scrum practices through sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• You will communicate technical progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders, identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in repetitive tasks, and stay current with advancements in AI-assisted software development to recommend innovative solutions.

• You will join a globally distributed team with offices in Los Angeles, Austin, New York, San Francisco, London, Manila, and Warsaw, contributing to a platform trusted by over 1,300 brands including Google, LVMH, Nestlé, and Sephora.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, AI integration, and scalable system design while gaining experience in enterprise-grade platforms that handle complex data flows and high-traffic environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in software development with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Proficiency with PHP and Node.JS/TypeScript, plus experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and/or back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and experience writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for reliable code coverage.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on collaboration and iterative development.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (AI-assisted development, code review, and testing tools).
• Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written).
