📋 Description
- • Software Engineer at Rillet Technologies Inc. responsible for building AI-native ERP platform for accounting and finance teams
- • Own features and systems end-to-end across full stack, partner with product/design/finance, raise engineering quality bar, grow team through mentorship and collaboration

- • Opportunity to shape engineering strategy, work with Svelte 5/TypeScript frontend and Kotlin/Spring Boot backend, impact financial core of high-growth companies
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software engineering experience with track record on complex, large-scale projects
- • Strong backend fundamentals and willingness to work on frontend when needed
- • Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating hard tradeoffs at any scope
