- • As a Software Engineer on the Agents & Automations team at Cohere, you will help build the core platform that enables enterprises to create, run, and improve AI-powered workflows within North, Cohere’s secure AI workspace. This role is critical to advancing how businesses automate real-world processes using trusted AI agents.
- • You will design, build, ship, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated systems — including workflow builders, execution engines, integrations, debugging tools, observability, and evaluation systems — ensuring reliability and user impact.
- • You’ll join a global, security-first enterprise AI company co-headquartered in Toronto and San Francisco, with a key office in London, where engineers, researchers, and designers collaborate to push the frontier of practical AI applications.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your full-stack engineering skills, gain hands-on experience applying AI in production systems, and strengthen your product judgment by owning features from concept to launch while working closely with cross-functional teams.
