- • As a Software Engineer focused on Dashboards & AI Workflow Integration, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across a Miami-based private investment firm and its four U.S. healthcare portfolio companies. Your work will directly support leadership visibility, streamline internal processes, and reduce manual overhead through intelligent automation and robust data infrastructure.
- • You will design and maintain firm-level dashboards that provide real-time performance insights across the portfolio, build and manage data pipelines integrating disparate systems from healthcare operations, develop AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and prompt engineering to automate repetitive tasks, lead project-based tooling engagements within each portfolio company to assess needs and deliver custom internal solutions, identify systemic data and workflow gaps, and ensure the ongoing reliability and scalability of all systems you build—operating with significant autonomy while collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- • The firm is intentionally lean, mission-driven, and deeply involved in both the strategic investment and day-to-day operations of its healthcare portfolio companies. You will sit at the firm level, reporting directly to leadership, and function as a core technical partner embedded within a high-impact, fast-moving environment where your contributions directly influence business outcomes.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to private equity operations, healthcare business models, and the intersection of data, AI, and workflow optimization in real-world operational settings. You will sharpen your full-stack engineering skills while solving meaningful problems that scale across multiple organizations, build end-to-end ownership experience from data ingestion to user-facing dashboards, and develop expertise in AI integration and internal tooling—positioning you at the forefront of applied AI in business operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership, including backend logic and front-end data presentation.
- • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JSON/REST APIs for building automation workflows, data integrations, and system connections.
- • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Retool, Metabase, or React-based dashboards, and practical integration of LLMs, prompt pipelines, or agent-based AI automation.
- • Background in ETL, data pipelines, and multi-system integrations, with the ability to work independently across diverse business contexts and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours; prior experience in healthcare operations or private equity is a strong plus.
