📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer (Dot Net, Angular) at NICE Ltd., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining secure, scalable applications for an omni-channel proactive communication platform used by global enterprises, directly contributing to the delivery of extraordinary customer experiences and financial crime prevention.
• You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across the UK, US, and India within an Agile framework, ensuring high-quality software delivery through disciplined engineering practices, code reviews, and active participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing, testing, and maintaining clean, reusable C# and .NET Core code; developing responsive web interfaces using Angular; designing and implementing microservices; ensuring adherence to security standards; creating automated tests with high coverage; troubleshooting SQL queries (preferably MySQL); producing technical documentation; and contributing to CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
• You will work on tasks of low to medium complexity, gradually owning end-to-end features while learning from senior engineers and gaining exposure to enterprise-scale systems that handle over 120 million customer interactions and 3+ billion financial transactions daily.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in C#, including object-oriented programming and modern design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, microservices architecture, and Entity Framework/ADO.NET for building scalable backend systems.
• Proven experience developing web-based applications using the Angular framework, including component design, state management, and integration with RESTful APIs.
• Solid relational database expertise, particularly with MySQL, including writing efficient queries, troubleshooting performance issues, and understanding schema design.
• Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices to ensure code quality and test coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with distributed teams across the UK, US, and India.
