• • This role is for experienced Front End Engineers who are passionate about defining the future of work and driving human value through AI. You will be instrumental in crafting the UI/UX patterns that govern how AI is integrated into critical business workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and engaging, encompassing hands-on coding, close collaboration with product and design teams to define product direction, and the development of core engineering infrastructure that underpins our AI solutions.
• • A primary responsibility will be building enterprise-grade frontend applications. This involves collaborating closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that meet the demanding standards of our Fortune 500 clientele. You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring the highest quality output.
• • You will also be involved in Solution Design, working hand-in-hand with Distyl AI Strategists. This collaborative effort requires a deep understanding of customer workflows and business challenges, enabling you to design tailored AI solutions that address specific pain points and unlock new opportunities for our clients. Your frontend expertise will be crucial in translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• • Taking End-to-End Software Ownership is a key aspect of this role. You will be empowered to take charge of the entire software lifecycle for features and projects you own. This includes everything from initial service development and implementation to deploying these solutions seamlessly within customer cloud environments.
