📋 Description

• This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Tracking & Front-End Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team, playing a pivotal role in the success of a leading telehealth weight-loss platform. Our client is at the forefront of personalized GLP-1 treatment plans, connecting patients with licensed healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive weight management solutions. The digital experience is paramount to their operation, ensuring seamless patient journeys, precise conversion tracking, and the ability to scale acquisition and retention efforts effectively.
• As a Remote Tracking & Front-End Engineer, you will be an integral part of the core engineering team, focusing on the implementation and meticulous maintenance of critical tracking systems. This includes developing and refining affiliate and conversion infrastructure, as well as building and optimizing digital landing pages. Your work will directly empower the marketing performance team by guaranteeing the accuracy of data flow, ensuring the reliability of attribution models, and enhancing user experiences across all acquisition channels. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about data integrity and front-end optimization.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve the implementation, ongoing optimization, and diligent troubleshooting of JavaScript tracking scripts. These scripts are vital for capturing user interactions and campaign performance across our client's websites and landing pages. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining robust integrations with Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversion API, ensuring that data is captured accurately and efficiently. Furthermore, you will manage postback and webhook configurations, a crucial step in guaranteeing that all events are reported correctly and can be used for performance analysis and optimization.
• In addition to tracking, you will provide essential support for affiliate and partner tracking platforms. This includes working with systems like Everflow and other relevant tracking solutions. Your efforts will be key in aligning the tracking infrastructure with specific campaign goals and the unique requirements of our partners. This ensures that all marketing efforts are properly attributed and that partner performance can be accurately measured and rewarded.
• The front-end development component of this role involves building and updating static HTML and CSS pages. These pages are critical for various aspects of the sales funnel, including sign-up processes and specific marketing campaigns. A core focus will be placed on prioritizing page performance and reliability in all front-end implementations, ensuring that users have a fast and seamless experience, which is vital for conversion rates.
• You will also be a key point of contact for technical support, providing assistance via Slack, Telegram, and email to both internal teams and external affiliates. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Cross-functional collaboration is essential; you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to validate tracking accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and optimize user flows for maximum effectiveness. You will also partner with Marketing and Product teams to manage and nurture relationships with affiliates, partners, and influencers, ensuring smooth technical integration and ongoing support.

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, with the understanding that availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) is required to support U.S.-based clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing web tracking and conversion systems (e.g., JavaScript tracking scripts, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Experience supporting affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow) and integrating with third-party tracking systems.
• Excellent debugging skills with a demonstrated ability to validate and troubleshoot event flows and data accuracy.
• Ability to balance implementation tasks with providing technical support across multiple communication channels (Slack, Telegram, email).
• Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to work effectively in a small, growing engineering team.
