- • As a Software Engineer, Full Stack/Backend at SentiLink Corporation, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the web application platform used for fraud analysis, directly contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing identity verification in the United States with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate than legacy systems.
- • You will work onsite in Austin, TX, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product & Design, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Data Platform to build new products and enhance existing tools that verify hundreds of millions of identities annually, supporting financial services and expanding into new markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and shipping software applications using established coding standards and methodologies, ensuring high-quality, reliable delivery of features.
- • You will design and build robust APIs consumed by the UI to surface application data, enabling seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- • You will partner closely with product management to drive agile delivery of both existing and new products, translating project requirements and UX designs into functional software while adhering to industry best practices.
- • You will ensure new software meets quality standards by writing unit and end-to-end automated tests, contributing to system reliability and reducing production incidents.
- • You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as they arise, participating in an on-call rotation to maintain platform stability and meet SLA requirements.
- • You will work with product, data, and other stakeholders to analyze usage and product metrics, informing key strategic decisions that shape the evolution of SentiLink’s fraud analysis platform.
- • You will develop a deep understanding of the fraud domain and apply that knowledge to your technical solutions, enabling more effective detection and prevention of identity fraud.
- • You will gain hands-on experience with SentiLink’s technology stack—React, Golang, Python, PostgreSQL (RDS), Docker, and AWS (Lambda, Cognito)—and have opportunities to contribute to its improvement and evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong programming skills with proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++
- • Experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
- • Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals and comfort writing SQL queries
- • Experience building or consuming API-based products using Python, Golang, or similar technologies
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and ability to iterate quickly across teams
