• • As a Software Engineer on the EAA Compliance CXAE team, you will be instrumental in developing innovative customer experience platforms. This team is a critical part of the Enterprise Applications and Architecture organization, focused on streamlining customer service and compliance processes.
• • Your work will involve creating cutting-edge services, tools, and applications designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Customer Experience (CX) agents. This directly contributes to faster, more accurate resolution of customer issues and compliance KYC processes, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and ensuring a superior compliant experience.
• • You will be responsible for building applications that empower Coinbase Customer Agents and other users, driving productivity gains and automation at scale through robust full-stack development and seamless third-party integrations.
• • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new services using Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, and React, ensuring they meet critical business needs and adhere to high standards of quality and scalability.
• • You will actively support and mentor team members, sharing best practices in coding, comprehensive testing strategies, efficient release and deployment processes, thorough documentation, effective metrics and logging, and scalable system design.
