📋 Description
- • As a Software Engineer II at Nelnet Business Services (NBS), you will design, create, maintain, audit, and improve software applications that support payment technology, education services, and learning management solutions for over 1,300 higher education institutions, 11,500 K-12 schools, and 3,500 churches globally. Your work directly enables trusted partnerships and empowers educational and faith-based communities to thrive through innovative, reliable software.
- • Day to day, you will research, design, implement, and manage software applications based on user requirements; write, test, and implement efficient code in Python and Java; maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement; operate within an Agile environment to adapt quickly to changing requirements; collaborate positively with team members and stakeholders; and continuously update your technical skills, including experience with AI coding assistants and deploying AI models in Bedrock.
