📋 Description
- • Software Engineer II focused on machine learning systems and productization, working to translate research code into robust, scalable workflows for drug discovery at Iambic Therapeutics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include co-developing model training and evaluation workflows with ML scientists, turning experimental code into maintainable systems, building benchmarking tools, developing researcher-facing tooling, contributing to NeuralPLexer productization, collaborating on scaling workflows, performing code reviews, mentoring best practices, improving workflow reliability and reproducibility, and communicating technical work across cross-functional teams.
- • The role is embedded within the NeuralPLexer team, working closely with ML scientists and platform engineers to bridge research and production in a mission-driven life-science and technology company focused on AI-driven drug discovery.
- • The engineer will gain deep experience in ML workflow engineering, scientific software practices, reproducible research systems, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-impact biotech environment, with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge therapeutics development.
