📋 Description

• Software Engineer II - (.Net) role at PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology for over four decades, empowering brands worldwide with innovative software and hardware solutions for over 100,000 restaurants across 110+ countries.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding technical requirements, writing high-quality clean code following software development best practices, learning the payment domain quickly, writing extendable code, incorporating customer perspectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting peer design and code reviews, maintaining team cohesion, and ensuring confidentiality of PAR and customer information.
• Part of the ParPay (Payment) software development team reporting to an Engineering Manager, working in a fast-paced environment focused on building next-generation payment technologies using .NET and C#.
• Opportunity to grow technical expertise in .NET, RESTful APIs, database systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), test-driven development, and agile practices while contributing to scalable solutions used globally in the restaurant industry.
