- • Join Velera as a Software Engineer IV (Full Stack .Net) to design, develop, test, maintain, and support secure, scalable, and robust enterprise applications that power financial technology solutions for over 4,000 financial institutions across North America.
- • Day to day, you will work in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment developing basic to highly advanced code, conducting peer code reviews, ensuring compliance with SDLC and security standards, collaborating with architects and business partners, leading technical specifications and designs, mentoring engineering staff, and driving technical strategy and innovation across complex projects.
- • Velera is a premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider committed to a people-helping-people philosophy, fostering inclusion, psychological safety, and belonging in a remote-first, flexible environment where employees are empowered to do their best work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in .NET full-stack development, cloud technologies (especially Azure), API and data architecture, and technical leadership while gaining experience in enterprise-scale financial systems and influencing organizational technical strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technology field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Ten years of professional work experience in software development required (C# preferred).
- • Expert-level proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and full-stack engineering with knowledge in two or more modern programming languages.
- • Advanced experience in coding in a cloud environment, with Azure highly preferred.
- • Thorough understanding of databases and expert-level technical skills in API, front-end, back-end, and data development and architecture.
