- • As a Software Engineer (Node.js) at WA.Technology, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the backoffice platform that powers the company’s iGaming solutions, directly contributing to scalable systems used by operators in emerging markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product owners, designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications; designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable Node.js applications; writing clean, efficient code; building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices; performing unit testing, debugging, and optimization; and participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- • You will join a distributed engineering team operating across Malta, Lisbon, Sofia, London, and Bucharest, working within a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration with remote flexibility, all while supporting a fast-growing B2B iGaming platform with over 75+ game providers and 15,000+ games.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern backend development, gain hands-on experience with microservices and API integration, strengthen your skills in agile environments, and contribute to high-impact systems that enable global gaming operators to launch and scale their products efficiently.
