📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer, Platform at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling that enables the engineering team to ship fast and safely at scale, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver an AI-native ERP that achieves zero-day close for accounting and finance teams.
• Day to day, you will set technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance by building these capabilities into systems-first into the platform from the ground up, shape the design and scalability of external APIs to become a competitive asset, partner with engineering leadership to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, and raise engineering quality through design reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration.
• You will join a high-pace, intelligence-driven team at Rillet, where success is defined by extreme speed, agency, and flexibility — engineers who internalize missions, design strategies, and deliver results that exceed expectations, all while powering the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS), distributed systems, CI/CD, and API scalability while gaining ownership over platform-critical systems that enable rapid product innovation — positioning you as a technical leader in a high-growth, AI-native fintech environment backed by $100M from top-tier investors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record on complex, large-scale projects
• Deep expertise in AWS as the primary cloud platform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and distributed systems
• Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating hard tradeoffs at any scope
• Energized by building in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written
