- • As a Software Engineer, Product at Prelim, you will architect and build the core platform that powers digital onboarding for financial institutions worldwide, enabling millions of people to open accounts, access treasury services, and complete credit applications through seamless, bank-grade systems.
- • You will own critical components of a scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure that integrates with legacy banking systems, core processors, and third-party compliance providers, ensuring reliability and performance across hundreds of financial products and thousands of daily transactions.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve designing and implementing features across the full stack—from React-based user interfaces to Node.js services and PostgreSQL databases—while solving complex challenges in real-time data processing, system scalability, and secure integration with diverse bank technologies.
- • You will collaborate directly with major financial institutions to translate intricate onboarding workflows into clean, maintainable code, balancing technical depth with business impact to deliver features that move both product and revenue forward.
- • You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment, iterating rapidly based on customer feedback and taking ownership of significant product areas as we scale.
- • You will contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on transforming traditional banking through technology, where your work directly improves access to financial services for underserved communities and accelerates innovation in a legacy industry.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with modern web technologies including React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with a strong foundation in full-stack development principles.
- • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, resilient systems capable of handling high-volume, multi-tenant workloads with strict reliability and performance requirements.
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort engaging directly with customers (especially financial institutions) to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- • Legally authorized to work in the United States and currently located within the continental United States.
