📋 Description

• Software Engineer – Salesforce role focused on hands-on development, configuration, and production support within Salesforce Health Cloud and broker-specific integrations at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Salesforce orgs, applying DevSecOps processes, designing and coding applications, debugging programs, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and responding to system failures to minimize downtime.
• Part of the Salesforce and Broker Solutions team supporting enterprise healthcare technology platforms with opportunities to lead small to medium projects or manage phases of larger efforts.
• Opportunity to deepen expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC), declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio), Health Cloud, and DevSecOps while contributing to critical healthcare systems impacting member and broker experiences.
