📋 Description

• Software Engineering AI Trainer (Colombia) – A project-based consultant role where skilled software engineers design and evaluate realistic coding tasks to train AI systems, directly contributing to the quality and reliability of AI-driven software engineering tools.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing multi-file coding tasks (bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, testing), writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations, developing unit and integration test suites, reviewing peer submissions for correctness and realism, identifying edge cases and ambiguities, and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company building AI-powered tools for software engineering evaluation and training, leveraging expert human input to improve model performance in real-world coding scenarios.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in software design, testing, and code review while gaining direct influence over how AI understands and generates code — enhancing your impact as a technical contributor in the AI era.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
