📋 Description
- • Design and implement multi-file software engineering tasks focused on bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and test generation in production-like environments.
- • Write clear, precise natural-language specifications that define coding challenges and expected outcomes for AI training purposes.
- • Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using industry-standard frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
- • Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with production software engineering standards.
- • Identify edge cases, ambiguities, logical inconsistencies, and potential failure modes in both task specifications and submitted code solutions.
- • Ensure strict alignment between task specifications, reference implementations, and expected outputs to maintain high-fidelity training data for AI models.
- • Navigate and analyze large, complex multi-file codebases to evaluate code quality, architecture decisions, and maintainability.
- • Perform code reviews that assess adherence to best practices, readability, performance, and scalability in real-world software systems.
- • Contribute to the creation of production-realistic coding scenarios that simulate actual developer workflows and challenges faced in industry settings.
- • Deliver structured, actionable feedback on peer submissions, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- • Maintain consistent quality across all deliverables, ensuring tasks are reproducible, unambiguous, and technically accurate.
- • Work independently on a project-based, part-time basis with full control over schedule and workflow.
- • Use personal tools and infrastructure to complete assignments; no company-provided equipment is provided.
- • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of software engineering experts to refine and validate AI training datasets.
- • Accept project assignments on a per-task basis and deliver completed work within agreed-upon timelines without fixed hourly commitments.
- • Maintain professional written proficiency in English at an advanced level to produce clear, grammatically correct, and technically precise documentation and feedback.
- • Simultaneously engage with other vendors or employers, provided such arrangements do not conflict with confidentiality or contractual obligations from Anyone AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- • 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- • Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
- • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
- • Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
