- • As a Manager of Software Engineering reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll lead multiple Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support PointClickCare’s mission to help providers deliver exceptional care through innovative health technology.
- • You will own technical design, drive execution from concept to post-launch, and ensure alignment with business goals and engineering best practices while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams of developers.
- • PointClickCare is a founder-led, privately held health tech company with the largest long-term and post-acute care dataset, serving over 30,000 provider organizations and recognized for its innovative culture and commitment to AI-driven healthcare transformation.
