📋 Description

• As a Manager of Software Engineering reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll lead multiple Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support PointClickCare’s mission to help providers deliver exceptional care through innovative health technology.
• You will own technical design, drive execution from concept to post-launch, and ensure alignment with business goals and engineering best practices while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams of developers.
• PointClickCare is a founder-led, privately held health tech company with the largest long-term and post-acute care dataset, serving over 30,000 provider organizations and recognized for its innovative culture and commitment to AI-driven healthcare transformation.
• In this role, you will champion an AI-first culture, drive technical excellence, improve team performance, and grow your leadership impact by shaping software that improves outcomes for millions of lives.

• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise applications
• Strong background in Java, SQL, and web technologies
• Deep understanding of Agile practices and software development life cycle
