• • As a Software Expert, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to this vital data collection effort. Depending on the project's current phase and your specific assignment, your duties will encompass one or both of the following key areas: screen recording and UI annotation.
• • When tasked with screen recording, you will meticulously capture sessions that demonstrate specific, predefined tasks. A crucial element of this responsibility is providing clear, verbal narration that explains each step taken during the workflow. This narration should not only describe the actions but also articulate the reasoning behind workflow decisions, offering insights into an expert's thought process. This detailed commentary is essential for AI models to learn the nuances of professional decision-making.
• • For UI annotation tasks, you will work with provided screenshots of professional software interfaces. Your role will involve drawing accurate bounding boxes around relevant UI elements. This precise annotation helps AI systems identify and understand the function and context of various interface components. Precision is paramount, ensuring that the AI can correctly distinguish between different buttons, menus, fields, and other interactive elements.
